What are benefits like for teachers?

New School SF believes that good teaching and learning applies to the adults as well. We treat teachers as professionals and support their professional growth and passion. We expect teachers to model our values of being curious learners and courageous problem-solvers, and we provide them with the time, space and resources to do so. We believe in the limitless potential of all teachers and nurturing the need to be life-long learners. That's why we've created a teacher pathway that allows teachers to grow in skill and passion without ever having to leave the classroom.
